Recyclable & biodegradable
Manufactured from a special recyclable and biodegradable material compound (TPU), our orthotics provide support and maximum shock absorption while offering soft flexibility in the areas required to give comfort. All of our Footprints are water resistant, breathable, and tested to withstand up to 5 tonnes of pressure.

THE EXPERTISE
FIT4 was founded on almost 20 years' experience in Biomechanics, Engineering, and Orthotic Manufacturing.
Originally incorporated in 2008 as an orthotic manufacturing lab under the name Foot Health Orthotics, we work with Podiatry, Chiropractic and Physiotherapy clinics across the UK and Ireland and produce thousands of prescription orthotics a year.
FIT4 is the culmination of a 2-year R&D project with Innovate UK to improve quality and efficiency in orthotics as well as work towards reducing manufacturing and plastic waste and lowering carbon footprint.
Our cutting edge in-clinic printing technology is used in over 40 clinics across the UK and internationally including America, Canada, South Africa, Singapore and Brazil with further planned expansion in Dubai, Spain, Argentina and Australia.

Our innovative software equips Orthotic Technicians and Podiatrists to craft truly bespoke orthotics, offering precise control over independent rearfoot and forefoot valgus or varus adjustments, full-spectrum arch correction, and seamless integration of custom modifications. It also adapts each orthotic design to fit specialist footwear or specific trainer and sports shoe styles, ensuring a flawless, personalised fit every time.
OUR SUSTAINABILITY
We’re huge believers in creating sustainable products and processes, which is why all of our orthotics are 3D-printed using what’s called “additive manufacturing”.
Simply put, the product is built up layer by layer with almost zero wastage at the end. This is a huge change from the more traditional orthotic manufacturing which often involves cutting away material from a solid block leading to much higher levels of waste.
